LA COURONNE ROYALE DE LA REINE RANAVALONA 1ère (1828-1861): UN SYMBOLE DE LA SOUVERAINETE NATIONALE:

La couronne royale de la Reine Ranavalona 1ère (1828-1861), don de la Reine Victoria, est un patrimoine national, un symbole historique et un symbole culturel très fort, mais surtout c’est un symbole de l’indépendance nationale, de l’unité nationale, de l’unification nationale, et de la souveraineté nationale de Madagascar.


En effet, la France avait déjà de visées sur la Grande Ile depuis 1642. Mais la Reine Ranavalona 1ère a su maintenir l’unité nationale et l’indépendance nationale, conçu par leur premier ancêtre Roi Andriantomara qui a vécu avant l'ère chrétienne, rappelé en mémoire plus tard par le Roi Andrianampoinimerina, et réalisé par son fils le Roi Radama 1er de Madagascar depuis 1817.


Ainsi, elle a interdit la vente de terre aux étrangers, renvoyé les étrangers irrespectueux de nos us et coutumes (affaires du Dr Lyall, des missionnaires et des certains hommes d'affaires...). Et surtout, elle a vaincu toutes formes d’invasions étrangères (comme l'affaire Pinson) et a vaincu toutes guerres contre de puissances étrangères, en particulier contre la France colonialiste (défaite de l'Amiral Romain Desfossés et du Capitaine Gourbeyre…) ou contre les britanniques (défaite du Capitaine William Kelly). De surcroit, elle a chassé presque tous les étrangers de Madagascar à partir de 1829 jusqu’à sa mort en 1861.

Le vol de cette couronne royale, comme l’incendie criminelle du Palais de Manjakamiadana du 6 novembre 1995, est un acte criminel qui vise non seulement à diviser pour régner mais aussi une tentative d'effacer de la mémoire collective un symbole de fierté et de souveraineté nationale ainsi qu'une trace de la victoire contre les invasions étrangères.


Mais cela aussi pourrait constituer un coup d’épée dans l’eau pour de forces étrangères qui veulent encore instaurer une quatrième république, unilatérale, et non-reconnue par la grande majorité du peuple, car ce système républicain maçonnique initié par la françafrique depuis 1960, est une greffe incompatible avec la civilisation, la culture et la sacralité de la Grande Ile.


Enfin, après les échecs successifs des héritiers du mouvement pro-colonial français dénommé Padesm et de certains hovas ou roturiers qui ont amené la Grande Ile dans la dérive totale, avec une corruption presque généralisée et une pauvreté de la grande majorité de la population, en parallèle avec le début du déclin de la civilisation occidentale,

la Volonté de Zanahary, l'Eternel Créateur de l'Univers, par l'instauration d'un royaume de sacrificateurs et d'une nation sainte avec le retour imminent des Andriana, issus du Conseil des Rois et Princes de Madagascar, avec de nouveaux serviteurs de la nation, craignant l'Eternel, non-corrompus, incorruptibles, compétents et efficaces, pour sauver le pays, est inévitable et inéluctable.

Madagascar, Sacred Island, had already the independance and the sovereignty before the french colonization in 1896. And this country was more stronger than Japan before the era of Meiji in 1868.

In the 19th century AD, Madagascar was one of the greatest nations of the Indian Ocean and Africa, thanks to the Andriana Manjaka or Kings, non-corrupt, who put the interests of their nation above their personal interests. These Andriana Manjaka or kings have unified different clanic groups and tribes who were often in war. They are builders of kingdoms for centuries, and were concerned about safety, welfare, and the blessing of their nation. Thus, the Royal Palace of Manjakamiadana and the Rova of Antananarivo have become symbols of national unity and national sovereignty.


The Royal Palace of Manjakamiadana and the other royal palaces in the Royal Enclosure of Antananarivo, namely Besakana, Mahitsielafanjaka, Tranovola, Manampisoa, with the Fitomiandàlana or aligned Seven Royal Funerary, and the Tombs of Kings and Queens, located in the sacred and Royal Rova of Antananarivo, were burned in November 6, 1995.

Madagascar, Terre sacrée, est très différent des autres pays sur les plans géographique, historique, religieux, économique, culturel et autres. Et cette Grande Ile est particulièrement bénie par l'Eternel Créateur de l'Univers.

Cependant, bon nombre de dirigeants et haut responsables politiques, républicains et démocrates, durant quarante-neuf années de système républicain (1960-009), suivi de deux années de régimes de transition (2009-2011), sont des incompétents, de corrompus, d'inefficaces, de mauvais gouvernants, de voleurs, de brigands, de pilleurs de l'argent de l'Etat, d'assassins, de meurtriers ou de traîtres de la nation.

Ensuite, pour beaucoup d'entre eux, la politique n'était qu'un moyen pour s'enrichir personnellement en pillant les caisses de l'Etat ou en bradant les richesses de la nation. Et leurs intérêts et avantages personnels passent avant les intérêts supérieurs de la nation.

Par ailleurs, nous avons assisté à une corruption presque généralisée des hauts dirigeants et hauts responsables politiques à Madagascar. En conséquence, la Grande Ile Rouge régresse encore du 99ème rang au 123ème rang mondial concernant l'indice de perception de la corruption (IPC, Transparency International, 2011).


Ainsi, pour sauver et redresser ce pays très riche en ressources naturelles, mais dont la population se retrouve maintenant parmi les quarante nations les plus pauvres du monde, avec plus de quatre vingt pour cent (80%) de la population vivant avec moins de un Dollar USD par jour (Indice de Développement Humain, IDH, PNUD, 2010),


le Conseil des Rois et Princes de Madagascar, dirigé par le Prince Rév. Dr. Ndriana Rabarioelina, a fait une déclaration à la nation:

Le Conseil des Rois et Princes de Madagascar, dirigé par le Prince Rév. Dr. Ndriana RABARIOELINA, Docteur en Théologie (USA), a déclaré que la solution inévitable et inéluctable de l’Eternel pour Madagascar est la création d’une nouvelle civilisation et d’une nouvelle constitution pour un vrai développement, sous la conduite du Conseil des Rois et Princes de Madagascar qui sont les vrais Raiamandreny (parents) de la nation depuis des siècles, dans un esprit de justice, de droiture, d’équité et de rassemblement.

En effet, le pays se trouve, depuis cinquante-et-une années, dans une pseudo-indépendance et dans un système néo-colonial français républicain, que ce soit sur le plan constitutionnel, administratif, monétaire, économique, financier ou social. Ainsi, la constitution est calquée sur la constitution française, une constitution concoctée par Jacques Foccart et le réseau France-Afrique depuis 1958 en Afrique et à Madagascar. De même, le code civil est calqué sur le Code Napoléon.

Depuis 1960, le pays a essayé toutes formes de systèmes et régimes politiques : républicanisme, démocratisme, socialisme, humanisme écologique, libéralisme, dictature, et même de régimes de transition fondés sur l’inconstitutionnalité, l’illégalité ou la non-légitimité (1972-1975; 1991; 2001-2002; 2009-2011), mais rien ne s’est amélioré.

Par ailleurs, une constitution est censée être l’expression d’un vouloir "vivre ensemble". Le référendum de 2010 était unilatéral, non-consensuel, médiocre et non-reconnu par la majorité des électeurs et la Communauté Internationale. Les non-inscrits et les 4.493.261 électeurs non-votants sur 7.151.223 électeurs inscrits, c’est-à-dire plus de soixante-cinq pour cent (+65%) des électeurs inscrits, n’ont pas adopté cette proposition de constitution de quatrième république.

Ce référendum tronqué, forcé, médiocre, avec beaucoup de listes électorales faussées, de noms et de cartes électorales introuvables (plus de 1.000.000 d'électeurs) avec de fraude ou d'incompétence flagrantes à l'échelle nationale, n'était pas la solution. Et la Haute Cour Constitutionnelle (HCC) n’a pas voulu écouter les doléances de la grande majorité de la population. Par conséquent, cela a encore engendré de crises politiques, économiques et sociales encore plus graves.

Ainsi, il faudrait passer par une phase de décolonisation pour sortir la nation des ténèbres où elle se trouve. Sinon on tourne en rond, et on n’atteindra jamais le bout du tunnel. Mais sachez que les propositions et la feuille de route de la SADC actuelles ne sont pas la solution à la sortie de crise. La participation de toutes les forces vives de la nation est nécessaire pour le redressement national.

HISTORY: PROPHECY ABOUT THE FUTURE OF MADAGASCAR

The King Andrianampoinimerina (1778-1810) asked his advisors what is the future of Madagascar. So they told him:

1. After your reign, a king shall reign (King Radama 1st: 1810-1828).

2. Then the queens will reign (Queen Ranavalona 1st to Queen Ranavalona III: 1828-1896).

3. Then, foreigners will run the country (the french colonization: 1896-1960).

4. Then the servants will lead the country (the republican period: 1960-2009).

5. Then, men no up or down will lead the country (the regime of transition: 2009-2012).

Dr. Ndriana RABARIOELINA, Ph.D of Theology (USA), has declared to the Malagasy nation at the National Television of Madagascar (TVM) and the National Broadcasting of Madagascar (RNM) that the solution of the Lord YHWH about this political and economic crisis in the country is taking responsibility of all citizens, especially the Council of Kings and Princes of Madagascar who are the real Raiamandreny (parents) of the nation for centuries.


Indeed, the Great Island of Madagascar was one of the first nations of Africa and the Indian Ocean in the 19th century. In that time, the country was ahead of Japan before the Meiji era in the political, economic and military areas.


After sixty-four years of French colonization (1896-1960), followed by an incompatible transplant of forty-nine years of Republican neo-colonial system (1960-2009) and a pseudo-transition which is not recognized by the international community (2009 -2011), with many leaders and politicians thinking only of their own interests before the interests of the nation, the people became hostage to politicians. Finally, the establishment of a new constitution in line with our identity national and cultural values.

Le Conseil des Rois et Princes de Madagascar, dirigé par S.A.R. le Révérend Docteur Ndriana RABARIOELINA, Docteur en Théologie (USA), a proclamé à la Télévision Nationale de Madagascar (TVM) et à la Radio Nationale de Madagascar (RNM) que la solution de l'Eternel pour sortir de la crise politico-économique dans le pays est la prise de responsabilité de tous les citoyens, et en particulier des Rois et Princes de Madagascar qui sont les véritables Raiamandreny (parents) de la nation depuis des siècles.

En effet, la Grande Ile de Madagascar était une des premières nations de l'Afrique et de l'Océan Indien au 19ème siècle. Et ce pays était, en ce temps-là, en avance par rapport au Japon avant l'Ere Meiji sur le plan politique, économique et militaire.

Que ce soit sur le plan constitutionnel, administratif, monétaire, économique, financier ou social. Ainsi, la constitution est calquée sur la constitution française. Le code civil est calqué sur le Code Napoléon. En plus, toutes les industries stratégiques appartiennent aux étrangers et les banques sont en entrent les mains des étrangers.

THE GLORY OF ZION:

1“ ARISE, SHINE, FOR YOUR LIGHT HAS COME,
AND THE GLORY OF THE LORD RISES UPON YOU.

2 See, darkness covers the earth
and thick darkness is over the peoples,
but THE LORD RISES UPON YOU
and HIS GLORY APPEARS UPON YOU.

3 NATIONS WILL COME TO YOUR LIGHT,
and KINGS TO THE BRIGHTNESS OF YOUR DAWN.

4 Lift up your eyes and look about you:
ALL ASSEMBLE AND COME TO YOU;
your sons come from afar,
and your daughters are carried on the arm.

5 Then you will look and be radiant,
your heart will throb and swell with joy;
THE WEALTH ON THE SEAS WILL BE BROUGHT TO YOU,
TO YOU THE RICHES OF THE NATIONS WILL COME.

6 Herds of camels will cover your land,
young camels of Midian and Ephah.
And all from Sheba will come,
bearing gold and incense
and proclaiming the praise of the Lord.

7 All Kedar’s flocks will be gathered to you,
the rams of Nebaioth will serve you;
they will be accepted as offerings on my altar,
and I will adorn my glorious temple.

8 Who are these that fly along like clouds,
like doves to their nests?

9 SURELY THE ISLANDS LOOK UPON ME;
in the lead are the ships of Tarshish,
bringing your sons from afar,
with their silver and gold,
to the honor of the Lord your Lord IHWH,
the Holy One of Israel,
for he has endowed you with splendor.

10 FOREIGNERS WILL REBUILT YOUR WALLS,
AND THEIR KINGS WILL SERVE YOU.
Though in anger I struck you,
in favor I will show you compassion.

11 Your gates will always stand open,
they will never be shut, day or night,
so that men may bring you the wealth of the nations—
their kings led in triumphal procession.

12 FOR THE NATION OR KINGDOM THAT WILL NOT SERVE YOU WILL PERISH;
IT WILL BE UTTERLY RUINED.

13 The glory of Lebanon will come to you,
the pine, the fir and the cypress together,
to adorn the place of my sanctuary;
and I will glorify the place of my feet.

14 THE SONS OF YOUR OPPRESSORS WILL COME BOWING BEFORE YOU;
ALL WHO DESPISE YOU WILL BOW DOWN AT YOUR FEET
AND WILL CALL YOU THE CITY OF THE LORD,
ZION OF THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL.

15 Although you have been forseen and hated,
with no one traveling through,
I will make you the everlasting pride
and the joy of all generations.

16 You will drink the milk of nations
and be nursed at royal breasts.
Then you will know that I, THE LORD, AM YOUR SAVIOR,
YOUR REDEEMER, THE MIGHTY ONE OF JACOB.

17 Instead of bronze I will bring you gold,
and silver in place of iron.
Instead of wood I will bring you bronze,
and iron in place of stones.
I WILL MAKE PEACE YOUR GOVERNOR
AND RIGHTEOUSNESS YOUR RULER.

18 No longer will violence be heard in your land,
nor ruin or destruction within your borders,
but you will call your walls Salvation
and your gates Praise.

19 The sun will no more be your light by day,
nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you,
FOR THE LORD WILL BE YOUR EVERLASTING LIGHT,
and YOUR LORD WILL BE YOUR GLORY.

20 Your sun will never set again,
and your moon will wane no more;
the Lord will be your everlasting light,
and your days of sorrow will end.

21 THEN WILL ALL YOUR PEOPLE BE RIGHTEOUS
AND THEY WILL POSSESS THE LAND FOREVER.
They are the shoot I have planted,

for the display of my splendor.

The Lord IHWH has said to Abraham: " ...for I have made you A FATHER OF MANY NATIONS. I will make you VERY FRUITFUL; I will MAKE NATIONS OF YOU, and KINGS WILL COME FROM YOU" (Genesis 17:5-6).


" I will establish my covenant as AN EVERLASTING COVENANT BETWEEN ME AND YOU AND YOUR DESCENDANTS AFTER YOU for the generations to come, TO BE YOUR LORD IHWH and THE LORD IHWH OF YOUR DESCENDANTS after you" (Genesis 17:7).


" BLESSED ARE YOU, O LAND whose KING is A NOBLEMAN..." (Ecclesiastes 10:17).


" Hear, O you KINGS; give ear, O you PRINCES; I will sing to the Lord IHWH; I will sing praise to the Lord IHWH of Israel " (Judges 5:3).


" Look, the KING will reign in righteousness and the PRINCES will rule with justice" (Isaiah 32:1).


" "KINGS will see you and rise up, PRINCES will see and bow down, because of the LORD IHWH, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you." (Isaiah 49:7).


" I charge you to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord JESUS-CHRIST, which the Lord IHWH will bring about in his own time — the blessed and only Sovereign, THE KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen." (1 Timothy 6:13-16).


" They will make war against the Lamb (JESUS-CHRIST), but the Lamb will defeat them, because He is LORD OF LORDS and KING OF KINGS, and those who are with Him are the called and chosen and faithful." (Book of Revelation 17:14).


" On his robe and his thigh he (JESUS-CHRIST) has a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS." (Book of Revelation 19:16).


" The NATIONS will walk in its Light, and the KINGS OF THE EARTH will bring their glory into the Holy City."(Book of Revelation 21:24)

NEWS OF THE COUNCIL OF KINGS AND PRINCES IN MADAGASCAR

HRH the Prince Rev. Dr. Ndriana RABARIOELINA, Chief of the Council of Kings and Princes in Madagascar, has sent official letters to His Excellency Mr. Ban KI-MOON (General Secretary of UN), the President of WORLD BANK, the General Manager of IMF and the President of the European Union, the President of SADC, for ensuring them that the resolution to the crisis in Madagascar requires respect for Zanahary, the Lord YHWH Creator of the Universe, their national identity, their own civilization, their pluri-millenial history and their cultural values.

The Council of Kings and Princes in Madagascar has transmitted to the General Secretary of the United-Nations and to the International Community the solution for ending the crisis in Madagascar, in accordance with the deep aspirations of the Malagasy people.

The Prince also confirmed that the resolution of crisis in Madagascar will go through the respect of Human Rights, the harmonization of "tradition and modernity" through the FANJAKAN’I MADAGASIKARA (KINGDOM of MADAGASCAR) for a real fair, balanced, fair, continuous, comprehensive, robust and sustainable development, as in the Kingdom of Norway (N°1 rank of the world's Human Development Index, UNDP, 2010).



These are the fundamental points of the Resolution of Crisis in Madagascar:

- Participation of all Forces Vives of the Nation in the process of Transition (without exclusion).
- Formation of a military-civilian, neutral, apolitical Government of Transition, consisting of honest, non-corrupt, competent, efficient technocrats, headed by a neutral President of Transition and a neutral, apolitical and technocrat Prime Minister.

- Total reconstruction of other transitional institutions, like the House of Lords, the House of Commoners from the Superior Council of Transition ( CST) and the Congress of Transition (CT), the Economical, Social and Cultural Council (ESCC), and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), with members who are the representatives of all the Forces Vives of the Nation.

- Complete overhaul of the Electoral Code.
- Creation of a new law on the Forces Vives of the Nation.
- System usage of a single ballot in legislatives elections.
- Complete overhaul of the electoral lists;
- Revision of the electoral calendar: between Mey 2011 to November 2011.
- Total reconstruction of the members of the High Constitutional Court (HCC)...
- Legisative election (House of Commoners) under the conducting of the United-Nations.

- Confidence-building measures to create an atmosphere of calm, putting an end to ongoing legal proceedings brought against members the opposition that might arise as based on political reasons and to release immediately all political prisoners (civilian, military, religious), and ensuring respect for the rule of law and the principle of equal treatment.

These confidence-building measures can not cover judicial proceedings in connection with crimes against humanity, war crimes, genocide, assassinations, murders, massacres, misappropriation of public funds, destruction of public property and private property, Illegal exports of goods and national resources, and serious violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms.


- Protection and promotion of Human Rights in Madagascar and respect of fundamental freedoms, including freedom of expression, opinion and association, freedom of press, and the immediate opening of all closed broadcastings radios and television stations.


- Granting broad amnesty for all political events since 1960 until the present times. Excluded from the amnesty of crimes against humanity, war crimes, crimes of genocide, assassinations, murders, massacres, destruction of public property and private property, misappropriation of public funds, illegal exports of goods and national wealth and other serious violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
