AN APPEAL TO THE MALAGASY PEOPLE (2023)

Face to :

. The Generalised Corruption inside the successive political regimes, the successive governments, the Administration, and different Institutions (CENI, National Parliament, Senate, High Court of Constitution or HCC),

. The Massive Electoral Frauds at national scale during the last Constitutional Referendum in 2010 with more than one million doublons, then the last Presidential Election in 2018 with 1.162.512 identical and similar National Identity Cards and 110.629 Doublons,

. The Violations of Human Rights, especially the Freedom of expression and the Freedom of meeting in public, then the Imprisonment of political leaders, members of the opposition, and journalists, perpetrated by the successive Regimes and Governments,

. The Non-compliance of the Malagasy Cultural Values,

. The Almost Generalised Insecurity,

. The Drastic Plundering of the National Wealth by the Members of the successive political regimes, the Governments, and their acolytes,

. The Inconsiderate Destruction of the Environment,

. and the Suffering and the Poverty of more than 81,6% of the Malagasy Population, due to the bad governance and the high corruption of political leaders and their friends,

An Appeal to repent and to obey the Lord Creator of the Universe,

to respect the Malagasy Values,

to stand for the Truth and the Patriotism,

and to restore the True National Independence and the True National Sovereignty,

under the conducting of the Royal House of Madagascar.

THE NEW KINGDOM OF MADAGASCAR, A KINGDOM OF PRIESTS, THE MALAGASY KINGDOM WILL STAND,

And no human being can stop that the Promised Word of the Lord Creator of Heaven and Earth as He has said: "... I AM WORKING, SO WHO CAN STOP IT?"

THE NEW KINGDOM OF MADAGASCAR (2023)

STATEMENT:

HRM King Ndriana RABARIOELINA,

Elder Branch of the Royal House, 

Head of the Royal House of Madagascar 

has announced that, in order to respect the Malagasy Cultural Values, then the Human Rights, and to avoid bloodshed, before, during, or after the elections in Madagascar (1):

. The Establishment of a New Government that is neutral, independent, with full power, under the auspices of the Royal House of Madagascar (2).

. Moreover, the Changing of the Constitution is the priority in order to obey God and to really respect the Malagasy Cultural Identity, especially the Placement of the Traditional Kings in their proper place, because the great majority of the population disapprove the successive republican constitutions (3),

. The Polls must be held during the dry season of the year, but not on rainy season (4),

is the only solution for the Lord Creator of the Universe to save Madagascar.

. HRM King Ndriana RABARIOELINA also has announced that there should be a Dialogue with all the Living Powers, in order to improve the National Life.

This is what he and his followers have said publicly and the conversation they had with Mrs. Natasha VAN RJIN, Resident Representative of the United Nations for the Development Program (UNDP) in Madagascar, during the Second Discussion for a transparent and participatory electoral process organised by CENI Madagascar and UNDP.

3. The establishment of the High Authority that regulates the Public Affairs, including the King, the FFKM, the Civil Society, the Malagasy International Mediators and very skilled and intelligent people.

4. HRM King Ndriana RABARIOELINA and the Royal House of Madagascar will work together with the FFKM and all the Living Forces for the Salvation of the Nation, under the Guidance of the Lord the Creator of the Universe.
