THE NEW KINGDOM OF MADAGASCAR (2023)

STATEMENT:


HRM King Ndriana RABARIOELINA,

Elder Branch of the Royal House, 

Head of the Royal House of Madagascar 


has announced that, in order to respect the Malagasy Cultural Values, then the Human Rights, and to avoid bloodshed, before, during, or after the elections in Madagascar (1):

. The Establishment of a New Government that is neutral, independent, with full power, under the auspices of the Royal House of Madagascar (2).

. Moreover, the Changing of the Constitution is the priority in order to obey God and to really respect the Malagasy Cultural Identity, especially the Placement of the Traditional Kings in their proper place, because the great majority of the population disapprove the successive republican constitutions (3),

. The Polls must be held during the dry season of the year, but not on rainy season (4),

is the only solution for the Lord Creator of the Universe to save Madagascar.

. HRM King Ndriana RABARIOELINA also has announced that there should be a Dialogue with all the Living Powers, in order to improve the National Life.

This is what he and his followers have said publicly and the conversation they had with Mrs. Natasha VAN RJIN, Resident Representative of the United Nations for the Development Program (UNDP) in Madagascar, during the Second Discussion for a transparent and participatory electoral process organised by CENI Madagascar and UNDP.
